Our change of mind return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If you change your mind after this period Tanzee does not offer a refund or exchange. Please read through all of the information provided in our terms and conditions prior to purchase. These can be located in our website footer. We will accept a change of mind return provided they meet the following guidelines:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED with all original tags/labels attached
- Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item meets our faulty product guidelines and is returned within 1 months time with proof of purchase.
We have a 1-month warranty on all products (excluding gift cards). Within this time frame, we will offer you a replacement or refund for damaged products ONLY if they meet our faulty product guidelines which will be assessed on a case by case basis.
If your product arrives damaged please contact us (within 7 days of delivery) at hello@tanzeebeauty.com and we will advise you on the next steps to take.
Please note actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to display our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.
