Q. HOW DO I PREPARE MY TANZEE FOR USE?
Always wash your Tanzee thoroughly before use. We recommend washing several times to ensure no dye runs, especially if your Tanzee is a dark colour and you have light coloured linen. If you’re concerned about your linen we’d strongly suggest choosing a lighter coloured Tanzee.
When using your Tanzee do not sleep with wet hair, harsh face creams or any other products that may affect the life of your Tanzee. Use a cool gentle machine or hand wash, dry flat, do not iron and remember to always treat your Tanzee with care.
Q. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TANZEE?
To ensure your Tanzee continues to provide stain-free and blissful sleeping, it is important to know how to care for your Tanzee. Wash your Tanzee separately in a cool gentle machine or by hand in cool water. If you want to be extra careful, we’d recommend using a delicates bag. Keep in mind wear and tear is to be expected and your Tanzee product will not last forever, however by following these steps you can prolong the life of your Tanzee. We recommend replacing your Tanzee every 3-6 months for best results.
Q. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
It's totally up to you! The Tanzee comes in three sizes, Medium 230 x 120cm and Large 230 x 145cm. It really is a personal preference and how much wiggle room you like! Still unsure? Feel free to send us an email and we can help you decide!
Q. WHAT ARE TANZEE’S FAKE TAN BED SHEET PROTECTORS MADE OF?
Tanzee is made from a 100% vegan-friendly, high-quality Microfiber Art Silk fabric that keeps you both cool and snug. Unlike other fabrics, Tanzee’s Microfiber Art Silk fabric does not draw excess amounts of moisture from your hair and skin. Instead, your skin and hair will stay moisturized for longer and your tans and overnight creams will stay on you – not your bed sheets.
Q. WILL MY TANZEE PREVENT ALL STAINS?
For most people yes (Hooray)! However we do not guarantee that Tanzee can prevent all tan stains. We have tested Tanzee many times and we are very confident that you will not need to worry, however, due to a number of variables it is impossible to guarantee that Tanzee will prevent every tan stain. Every customer is different so please be aware that in some situations tan residue could be left behind.

Domestic shipping is sent via Australia Post standard delivery service. On average you should expect your order within 2-5 working days from shipping date. Please note these are only estimated times. Delays may occur during public holidays and peak holiday seasons. If you place your order on a Friday, your parcel should be shipped the following business day. All orders come with tracking.

Shipping is sent via DHL International delivery service, if you do not receive your tracking details for any reason- please contact us. Postage delivery time varies, however you should expect your order within 5–15 days. Please note: All countries are variable to change and are estimated times only. Delays may occur during public holidays and peak holiday seasons. If you place your order on a Friday, your parcel will be shipped the following week as our facilities and the postal systems do not run over weekends.
All applicable taxes, custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer & will differ between countries. For more information on import tax thresholds, we suggest you contact your local postal provider as these are the recipients' responsibility.

Q. DO WE SELL ANY OTHER PRODUCTS?
Yes, we do. We sell a variety of other products such as our Luxury Tanning Robes and Tanzee Sleep Masks that can be used while tanning (or whenever you like!)
Q. CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Yes, you sure can. We offer gift cards ranging from $10 to $200. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and are not redeemable for cash.
Q. DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?
Our change of mind return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If you change your mind after this period Tanzee does not offer a refund or exchange. Please read through all of the information provided in our terms and conditions prior to purchase. These can be located in our website footer. We will accept a change of mind return provided they meet the following guidelines:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED with all original tags/labels attached
- Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

- Sale/Discounted Items
Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item meets our faulty product guidelines and is returned within 1 months time with proof of purchase.
We have a 1-month warranty on all products (excluding gift cards). Within this time frame, we will offer you a replacement or refund for damaged products ONLY if they meet our faulty product guidelines which will be assessed on a case by case basis.
If your product arrives damaged please contact us (within 7 days of delivery) at email@example.com and we will advise you on the next steps to take.
